Please arrive on time with dry hair. Allotted time is scheduled for each clients specific hair needs and time missed from an appointment can effect what can be done during the service.

Booking + Payments

Upon scheduling an appointment a credit card number will be taken to lock the appointment in. By providing you billing information and making an appointment with us, you accept our Cancellation Policy. 

The credit card number will not be charged and is only to lock in the appointment. 

Payments can be made by Cash, Venmo, Check, or Credit Card.

We DO NOT accept Tips on Credit Cards.  Please download the Venmo App or bring Cash/ Check to Tip Your Stylist.

Cancellation + No Show

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.

Day of cancellations will be charged 100% of the service.

No shows will also be charged 100% of the service and will not be able to reschedule.

*A one time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness and family emergency. After that, the cancellation policy is in effect. *
